从“标本缓急”论治寻常型银屑病

摘　　要：寻常型银屑病是临床中常见的慢性皮肤疾病,笔者结合中医各家对寻常型银屑病病因病机、"标本缓急"的认识,提出寻常型银屑病其本为"肾精亏虚",其标为"热毒邪气"。临床中应明辨"标本缓急",进行期迅速清透热毒邪气;消退期清补其虚;缓解期避免不良因素的诱导,可有效提高临床疗效,稳定病情,延长临床缓解期,为临床治疗提供新的思路。Psoriasis vulgaris is a common chronic skin disease in clinical practice.Based on the understanding of various traditional Chinese medicine doctors about the cause and pathogenesis,and priorities of Root and Tip,the author believes that Psoriasis vulgaris is based on deficiency of Kidney-essence,Heat and Evil Qi stagnating in the body and Xuefen being disturbed.In the treatment,the attention should be paid to priorities of Root and Tip,resolveing Heat and Evil Qi during acute attack,nourishing Kidney during involuting phase,avoiding the induction of adverse factors during the remittent period,which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and stabilize the body condition,prolong the clinical remission period and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
