摘　　要：千年健始载于《本草纲目拾遗》,主治风寒湿痹、腰膝冷痛、拘挛麻木、筋骨痿软;现代临床上常用于治疗风湿腰腿痛、风湿及类风湿性关节炎、骨折、跌打损伤等。千年健的主要化学成分为挥发油和倍半萜类化合物,此外还有酚酸类、生物碱、脂肪酸等;药理研究表明其具有抗炎镇痛、抗阿尔兹海默症、抗骨质疏松、抗病原微生物、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等作用。千年健治疗风湿及类风湿性关节炎的药效物质基础、药效作用机制尚不明确,还需要更多的研究揭示其治疗作用的物质基础和作用机理。基于此,本文对近年来国内外有关千年健化学成分和药理作用研究进行文献综述,以期为其进一步研究与开发提供一定的参考。The earliest mention of Homalomena occulta is found in Supplements to Compendium of Materia Medica.It mainly treats Wind-Cold-Damp arthralgia,cold pain in the waist and knees,contracture numbness,and flaccidity of extremities.It is often used in modern clinical practice to treat low back pain caused by rheumatism,rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis,fractures,and traumatic injury,etc.The main chemical components of Homalomena occulta are volatile oil and sesquiterpenoids,in addition to phenolic acids,alkaloids,fatty acids,etc.Pharmacological studies have shown that it has effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic,anti-Alzheimer’s disease,anti-osteoporosis,anti-pathogenic microorganisms,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor etc.The material basis and mechanism of pharmacological effects of Homalomena occulta in treating rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis are not clear yet,so more research is needed to reveal the material basis and mechanism of its therapeutic effects.Therefore,this article reviews the literature on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Homalomena occulta at home and abroad in recent years,hoping to provide a certain reference for its further research and development.
