摘　　要：生态文明建设正处于攻坚的关键时期,构建生态文明认知新框架具有必要性和紧迫性。公正是生态文明认知新框架的基础,要处理好种际、种内与代际的公正问题。效率是生态文明的手段,生态效率与生态观念相互促进,实现环境保护与社会经济效益的统一。和谐是生态文明的保障,处理好人与自然之间、人与人之间、人与后代之间的利益关系,实现协同共生。人文发展是生态文明的终极目的,人文性建设的渠道有人文物质、人文精神、人文宣传以及人文行为。习近平生态文明思想是生态文明认知新框架的重要思想资源,对生态公正、生态效率、生态和谐、生态人文发展有着重要的启示价值。The construction of ecological civilization is in a critical period. It is necessary and urgent to construct a new framework of ecological civilization cognition. Justice is the basis of ecological civilization. We need to deal with interspecific, intraspecific and intergenerational justice. Efficiency is the means of ecological civilization. Ecological efficiency and ecological concept promote each other to realize the unity of environmental protection benefits and social and economic benefits. Harmony is the guarantee of ecological civilization. Only by properly dealing with the interests between people and nature, people and people, and people and future generations, can we achieve symbiosis. Humanistic development is the ultimate goal of ecological civilization. The channels of humanistic construction include humanistic material, humanistic spirit, humanistic publicity and humanistic behavior. Xi Jinping’s ecological thought is an important ideological resource for the new framework of ecological civilization recognition, which has important implications for ecological justice, ecological efficiency, ecological harmony and ecological and cultural development.
