摘 要:随着天然气管道钢级、口径及运行压力的不断增加,容易出现输气管道延性裂纹的长程扩展问题。必须通过制定合理的止裂韧性指标对管道进行止裂控制。X80管道止裂韧性技术指标均按单管止裂要求制定。但是对于X90/X100高纲级管道,实际批量生产中很难达到单管止裂的韧性要求。介绍了一种基于所有炉批次钢管止裂韧性服从正态分布的止裂概率计算方法,并运用此方法计算制定了我国批量试生产X90钢管夏比冲击功炉平均值和夏比冲击功炉最小值技术指标,满足5~8根钢管内概率止裂要求。With the continuous increase of the grade,diameter and operating pressure of natural gas pipeline,the long-distance propagation of ductile crack in gas pipeline is easy to occur.It is imperative to control the crack propagation of the pipeline by setting reasonable crack-arrest toughness index.The crack-arrest toughness indexes of X80 pipeline meet the requirement that the crack is arrested in one pipe length.However,for X90/X100 high-grade pipeline,it is difficult to meet the toughness requirement that crack is arrested in one pipe length for actual mass-produced pipeline.A kind of calculation method of crack-arrest probability based on normal distribution of crack-arrest toughness of steel pipes in all furnace batches was described.By using this method,the furnace-average and furnace-minimum Charpy-energy indexes of trial mass-produced X90 steel pipes in China were calculated and standardized.The probability arrest-toughness indexes can ensure that the crack is arrested within the length of 5~8 steel pipes.
