摘  要:高压加热器是电站辅机的重要设备,体积大,结构复杂,设计温度和压力高,介质为高温高压蒸汽和水。介绍了超厚管板深孔加工工艺,针对蒸汽冷却器管板的结构特点和孔群分布型式进行识别和分析,总结了大长径比、密集孔群深孔加工的难点和控制要点,并通过加工试验对工装夹具、数控程序、加工参数进行了优化和改进,从而完成该管板的生产制造。High pressure heater is an important equipment of power station auxiliary equipment.It has a large volume,complicated structure and high design temperature and pressure.The medium is high temperature and high pressure steam and water.In this paper,the research on deep hole processing technology of ultra-thick tubesheet was introduced,the difficulties and control points of deep hole machining with large aspect ratio and dense hole group were summarized according to the structural characteristics and hole group distribution of tubesheet in steam cooler,and the tooling,NC program and processing parameters were optimized and improved through processing test,so as to complete the production and manufacturing of the tubesheet.
