摘　　要：关键提示中国申请加入DEPA彰显出中国参与数字经济规则制定、深化国际合作、推动数字经济创新发展的决心,将极大推动中国数据市场建设、电子商务立法与国际接轨,促进前沿领域技术应用与国际合作,从而为中国数字经济助推国内实体产业转型升级创造良机。China's bid to join the DEPA highlights China's participation in the digital econ omy rules,deepe n in ter nati onal cooperati on and promote the developme nt of digital econ omy inno vati on determi nati on,will greatly promote the construction of Chinese data market,e-commerce legislati on in line with in ter nati onal sta ndards,promote the application of frontier technology and international cooperation,creating opportunity for boosting China's digital economy industrial tra nsformati on and upgrad ing domestic en tities.Sha nghai's experie nee in digital tra nsformati on provides refere nces for the developme nt of shipp ing in dustry in the post-epidemic period.The current supply chain obstruction greatly damages the overall interests of the shipping industry,digital transformation is timely,making the traditional shipping elements and information technology in deep fusion application,the shipping production link more economic and reliable,daily operation link more safe environmental protection,supervision and service field more intelligent and efficient,which provides a new road for the shipp ing in dustry's depth adjustme nt,sustai nable developme nt and ecological rec on structi on.
