逆向思维看哈佛图书馆的重组——兼论国内高校图书馆分馆制建设中的核心问题  

Reverse Thinking on Harvard Libraries Reorganization——Research on the Core Problems of Branch Library System in Domestic University Libraries

摘　　要：哈佛图书馆曾经历两次重组,重组中坚持不变的内容同样应该被关注和研究。这些内容包括:把纸质文献作为主要的学术资源进行收藏,保持知识的专长性和多样性,以及分散独立的学术图书馆体系。由此,研究提出国内高校图书馆分馆制建设中的关键内容:分馆独立采访政策的重要性,整合图书馆现有相关角色的解决方案即重新定义院系学科专家、图书馆学科文献专家以及采访人员职能;同时建议成立分馆学术资源委员会来整合学科与图书馆的资源采访力量。Harvard Libraries has undergone two rounds of restructuring,and the issues that remain unchanged should be paid attention and studied,which include:keeping the printed collections as the main academic resources,keeping the specialty and diversity of knowledge,and decentralizing independent academic library systems.Based on the this,the paper puts forward the key issues in the construction of branch library system in domestic university libraries,including the importance of independent collection development policy in branch libraries,integrating the existing related roles of libraries,namely,to redefine the functions of discipline experts in departments,discipline literature experts in libraries and acquisition librarians.At the same time,it is proposed to set up a branch library academic resources committee to integrate the resources acquisition between disciplines and libraries.
