摘  要:本文分析了我国餐厨垃圾收运和处理现状,从技术应用和综合管理两个方面探究了我国餐厨垃圾处理处置与资源化利用过程中已取得的成就和面临的问题。其间系统地综述了餐厨垃圾收运管理,对餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵、好氧堆肥、饲料化与生物转化、蒸煮提取生物油脂等资源化利用方向进行了分析,剖析了餐厨垃圾处理过程中污染物的防控方法,最后对餐厨垃圾处理过程中存在的技术瓶颈和未来研究的方向提出了展望。本研究可为我国餐厨垃圾收运管理和餐厨垃圾处理项目建设提供一定参考。This paper analyzes the current situation of the collection,transportation and treatment of kitchen waste in China,and explores the achievements and problems faced in the process of disposal and resource utilization of kitchen waste in China from two aspects of technology application and comprehensive management.In the meantime,the collection and transportation management of kitchen waste is systematically reviewed,and the resource utilization directions of kitchen waste such as anaerobic fermentation,aerobic composting,feed conversion and biotransformation,and bio-oil extraction by cooking are analyzed,and the prevention and control methods of pollutants in the process of kitchen waste disposal are analyzed,finally,the technical bottleneck in the process of kitchen waste disposal and the future research direction are put forward.This research can provide a certain reference for the management of kitchen waste collection and transportation and the construction of kitchen waste treatment projects in China.
