摘 要:分析了老旧小区改造过程中存在的问题,提出了影响生态性能的评价指标,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,运用云物元模型对老旧小区改造生态性能进行评价。将此模型应用于唐山市某一老旧小区改造的实际案例中,得出该小区的评级为良,与实际相符,结果表明运用云物元模型评价老旧小区改造生态性能是可行且有效的。The problems which exist in the process of the old residential construction were analyzed,the evaluation index which affects the ecological performance was proposed,the index weight was confirmed by the analytic hierarchy process,and the ecological performance of the old residential area reconstruction was evaluated by the cloud matter-element model.This model was applied to a case of an old residential area in Tangshan,and the results show that the residential area is rated as good,which is consistent with the reality.the result shows that it is feasible and effective to use cloud matter element model to evaluate the ecological performance of the old residential area.
