摘　　要：以杭州萧山国际机场三期新建T4航站楼钢结构屋盖制造为例,深入剖析了屋盖分叉节点、桁架弦杆节点、屋面焊接空心球网架等钢结构制造特点与难点,并对钢结构屋盖制造的关键技术进行了详细说明。通过这些关键技术的应用,保证了本工程钢结构屋盖制造的顺利进行,这些技术对其他类似钢结构工程具有一定参考价值。Taking the steel roof manufacturing of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport PhaseⅢproject new T4 terminal building as an example,the characteristics and difficulties of steel structure manufacturing were analyzed deeply,such as roof fork node,truss stringed node,roof welding hollow ball net frame,etc,and the key technologies of steel structure roof manufacturing was explained minutely.Through the application of these technologies,the steel roof manufacturing of this project is ensured to be carried out smoothly.These technologies have certain reference value for other similar steel structure projects.
