新基建背景下中国省域通信与经济网络的时空演变

摘　　要：近年来,新基建进入了加速推进的快车道。文章通过构建省域通信、经济空间网络引力模型,运用社会网络分析法测度31个省(市、自治区)的通信和经济空间网络的中心性、中心势,并进行相关性分析。探索在新基建加速布局的背景下,中国省域通信、经济网络的时空演变。结果表明,经济网络极化效应明显,而通信网络则出现了新的增长极,两个网络不仅存在叠加效应,还存在脱钩效应。基于此,文章提出了相关建议,以更好地衔接通信和经济网络的发展。In recent years,the new infrastructure has entered the fast lane of accelerated promotion.By constructing the provincial communication and economic space network gravity model,this paper uses the social network analysis method to measure the centrality and central potential of the communication and economic space network in 31 provinces and cities,and analyzes the correlation.Explore the temporal and spatial evolution of China's provincial communication and economic networks under the background of accelerated layout of new infrastructure.The results show that the polarization effect of economic network is obvious,while the communication network has a new growth pole.The two networks not only have superposition effect,but also decoupling effect.Based on this,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to better connect the development of communication and economic network.
