摘　　要：股票质押回购业务已成为证券公司的常规业务,其本质上是一种信贷业务,存在的主要风险是因融资人违约而造成证券公司无法收回融资本息的信用风险。文章在对股票质押回购业务的风险状况进行深入分析后,从实践角度就如何管控业务信用风险做了详细的阐述,以供相关机构参考。The stock pledge repurchase business has become a regular business of securities companies,and this business is essentially a credit business.The main risk lies in the credit risk that securities companies cannot recover the financing principal and interest due to the default of financiers.After an in-depth analysis of the risk status of stock pledge repurchase business,this article gives a detailed explanation on how to control business credit risk from practical perspective,which provides a reference for institutions carrying out this business.
