摘　　要：产融结合是商品经济和社会化大生产深化发展的结果,也是市场经济、企业经营发展到较高层次的客观现象。金融是现代经济的核心,金融风险的隐蔽性、传染性、破坏性相对一般企业更强,加之其化解成本高,各国政府普遍采取预防为主的应对措施。党的十九大提出三大攻坚战,防范化解重大风险是攻坚战之一,重点就是防控金融风险。文章通过对A股上市公司的梳理,结合西部地区产融结合的现状,提出规范产融结合发展和防范金融风险的建议。The integration of industry and finance is the result of the deepening development of commodity economy and socialized mass production,and it is also an objective phenomenon that the market economy and business operations develop to a higher level.Finance is the core of the modern economy.The concealment,contagion,and destructiveness of financial risks are stronger than those of ordinary enterprises.In addition to the high cost of resolution,governments of various countries generally adopt preventive measures.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward three tough battles,one of which is to guard against and defuse major risks,and the focus is on preventing and controlling financial risks.Based on the analysis of A-share listed companies and the current situation of the integration of industry and finance in the western region,this article puts forward suggestions on regulating the development of integration of industry and finance and preventing financial risks.
