静脉曲张抽剥术联合中药湿敷治疗下肢静脉曲张伴瘀积性皮炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢静脉曲张伴瘀积性皮炎患者应用曲张静脉抽剥术联合利湿通瘀中药湿敷治疗的效果及对近期预后的影响。方法选取2017年12月—2020年2月于本院就诊的88例下肢静脉曲张伴瘀积性皮炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各44例。对照组实施曲张静脉抽剥术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上于术后加用利湿通瘀中药湿敷治疗。对比两组中医证候积分、临床疗效以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗后证候积分红斑为(0.62±0.19)分、丘疹为(0.72±0.18)分、皮肤瘙痒为(0.69±0.11)分,低于对照组的(1.16±0.30)分、(1.13±0.30)分、(1.08±0.15)分,(t=10.087、7.774、13.908,P值均<0.001)。观察组临床总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的77.27%(χ^(2)=6.175,P=0.013),并发症发生率为4.54%,低于对照组的18.19%,(χ^(2)=4.062,P=0.044)。结论下肢静脉曲张伴淤积性皮炎患者应用曲张静脉抽剥术联合利湿通瘀中药湿敷治疗效果较佳,能缓解患者临床症状,且并发症较少,利于患者预后。Objective To investigate the effect and prognosis of patients with varicose veins of lower extremities with silting dermatitis treated with varicose vein stripping combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)wet compress.Methods A total of 88 cases of varicose veins of lower extremities with silt dermatitis were selected by using the random number table method from December 2017 to February 2020,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with varicose vein extraction,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with TCM wet compress.The TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,in the observation group,the average erythema score of the TCM syndrome score was(0.62±0.19),papules was(0.72±0.18)and pruritus was(0.69±0.11),which were lower than those in the control group[(1.16±0.30),(1.13±0.30),and(1.08±0.15)],(t=10.087,7.774,13.908,P values<0.001).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 95.45%,higher than that in the control group(77.27%),(χ^(2)=6.175%,P=0.013).The incidence of complications was 4.54%in the observation group,lower than that(18.19%)in the control group(χ^(2)=4.062,P=0.044).Conclusion The varicose vein stripping combined with TCM wet compress can relieve the patient's clinical symptoms,and reduce complications,and so it is beneficial to the prognosis of the patients.
