摘  要:目的观察二甲硅油联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在结肠镜镜检查中的效果,从而为患者选择更有效的肠道准备方法。方法选择2018年8月—2020年8月于本院行结肠镜检查术的216例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组108例,对照组给予聚乙二醇电解质散冲服,观察组在对照组的基础上加用二甲硅油口服,比较2组患者肠镜检查时间、生理盐水冲洗量、肠道清洁度、肠道内气泡量、息肉检出率、不良反应情况。结果观察组患者肠道检查时间(14.10±0.95)min,短于对照组的(16.99±1.87)min(t=14.240,P<0.01);观察组生理盐水冲洗量(124.493±8.54)mL,少于对照组的(271.77±6.42)mL(t=143.214,P<0.01)。观察组肠道泡沫分级优良率79.63%,高于对照组的64.81%(χ^(2)=5.908,P=0.015);2组患者肠道清洁良好率(93.52%vs 92.59%)差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.072,P=0.789)。2组息肉总检出率(51.85%vs 42.59%)差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.858,P=0.173),但观察组息肉直径≤0.5 cm检出率14.81%,高于对照组的6.48%(χ^(2)=3.941,P=0.047);观察组不良反应发生率8.33%,低于对照组的15.74%,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.798,P=0.094)。结论二甲硅油联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散,可有效减少肠道气泡残留、避免反复冲洗从而降低肠镜检查时间,提高了肠道内微小息肉的检出率。Objective To evaluate the effect of simethicone combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte in colonoscopy,so as to choose the more effective bowel preparation method for patients.Methods The 216 patients undergoing colonoscopy were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 108 cases in each group.The control group was given polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and the observation group was given simethicone orally on the basis of the control group.The time of intestinal endoscopy,the amount of physiological saline flushing,the cleanliness of the intestine,the amount of bubbles in the intestine,the detection rate of polyps,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The average intestinal examination time of the patients in the observation group was(14.10±0.95)min,which was shorter than that of the control group:(16.99±1.87)min(t=14.240,P<0.01);the average flushing volume of physiological saline in the observation group was(124.493±8.54)ml,which was less than that of the control group:(271.77±6.42)ml(t=143.214,P<0.01);the excellent rate of intestinal foam in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(79.63%vs.64.81%,χ^(2)=5.908,P=0.015).There was no significant difference in the effective rate of bowel cleansing between the two groups(93.52%vs.92.59%,χ^(2)=0.072,P=0.789).There was no statistically significant difference in the total detection rate of polyps between the two groups(51.85%vs.42.59%,χ^(2)=1.858,P=0.173),but the detection rate of polyp diameter≤0.5 cm in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(14.81%vs.6.48%,χ^(2)=3.941,P=0.047).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that in the control group(8.33%vs.15.74%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.798,P=0.094).Conclusion The combination of simethicone and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder can effectively reduce the residual intestinal air bubbles,avoid repeated wash
