摘 要:出于对高分子材料回收再利用的有关需求,将废弃UHMWPE材料应用于有机合成纸的制备,分析不同配比方案对于合成纸白度值、拉伸强度和喷墨印刷效果的影响。经实验研究发现,废弃UHMWPE基合成纸中SiO_(2)含量对于纸张白度值无明显影响,在SiO_(2)含量为20%wt的情况下,纸张拉伸性能达到最佳,在SiO_(2)含量为33.3wt%的情况下,纸张喷墨印刷效果达到最佳,需要根据纸张使用场景对合成纸的配比方案加以设计。In order to meet the needs of recycling polymer materials, waste UHMWPE materials were used in the preparation of organic synthetic paper, and the effects of different proportion schemes on the whiteness, tensile strength and ink-jet printing effect of synthetic paper were analyzed. The experimental results showed that the SiO_(2)content in waste UHMWPE based synthetic paper had no obvious effect on the whiteness of the paper. When the SiO_(2)content was 20% wt, the tensile property of the paper is the best, and when the SiO_(2)content was 33.3 wt%, the ink-jet printing effect of the paper was the best. It is necessary to design the proportion scheme of the synthetic paper according to the paper use scenarios.
