摘 要:为了提升造纸工业制造效率以及质量,有效避免纸机在实际工作时出现纸页损坏等问题,基于PROFIBUS现场总线的三级控制方案和PLC控制器,提出一套完整的纸机电气控制系统。采用人机交互的方式,实现用户与系统之间的交互及信息交换,利用以太网实现人机界面(HMI)与PLC之间的通信,对系统的运行效果进行分析可知,该系统可满足纸机工作时的多种需求。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of paper manufacturing in the paper industry, and effectively avoid the paper machine in the actual work of paper page damage and other problems, based on PROFIBUS field bus three-level control scheme and PLC controller, a complete set of electrical control system of paper machine is proposed. It adopts human-computer interaction to realize the interaction and information exchange between the user and the system, and uses Ethernet to realize the communication between the human-computer interface(HMI) and PLC. It can be seen from the analysis of the operating effect of the system that the system can meet the various needs of the paper machine.
