摘 要:为有效解决传统人工纸病检测方法成本高、效能低、易出错等问题,针对纸病自动化智能检测,搭建了造纸现场监测平台,详细阐述了平台多元化功能,并分析了纸病自动化智能检测算法,最后对监测平台进行了功能与性能测试分析,结果表明,在功能层面,平台全方位实现了多项功能,表明其可在很大程度上满足现代化造纸企业对于纸病检测的自动化、智能化要求;在性能层面,平台监测视频清晰、辨识度高,可切实保障纸病检测高效率与高准确率。In order to effectively solve the problems of high cost, low efficiency and error prone of traditional artificial paper defects detection methods, a paper defects automatic intelligent detection platform is built in this paper. The diversified functions of the platform are described in detail, and the paper defect automatic intelligent detection algorithm is analyzed. Finally, the function and performance of the monitoring platform are tested and analyzed. The results show that at the functional level, the platform fully realized a number of functions, indicating that it can largely meet the automation and intelligent requirements of modern paper industry for paper defects detection. In terms of performance, the platform monitoring video is clear and recognizable, which can effectively guarantee the high efficiency and accuracy of paper sickness detection.
