摘 要:探讨叶下珠醇提物对肠炎沙门菌毒素所致小鼠脾脏和回肠氧化损伤的影响。给小鼠连续灌服叶下珠醇提物(40 mg/mL、20 mg/mL、10 mg/mL,分别记为PH组、PM组、PL组),7 d后,腹腔注射肠炎沙门菌毒素,观察其对小鼠体质量和脾脏指数的影响,测定小鼠脾脏和肠MDA、T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px水平。结果显示肠炎沙门菌毒素可致脾脏明显肿胀,与对照组相比,肠炎沙门菌毒素可致脾脏指数极显著升高(P<0.01),脾脏和回肠中MDA含量和T-AOC活性极显著升高(P<0.01),SOD活性和GSH-Px活性极显著降低(P<0.01),出现明显的脾脏和肠氧化应激反应。与毒素组相比,PH组和PL组脾脏指数极显著降低(P<0.01),PM组脾脏指数显著降低(P<0.05);叶下珠醇提物各剂量组脾脏和回肠MDA含量和T-AOC活性降低,SOD活性和GSH-Px活性升高,其中PM组和PL组脾脏和回肠MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);PH组脾脏T-AOC的活性显著降低(P<0.05),PM组脾脏和回肠T-AOC的活性显著降低(P<0.05),而PL组脾脏和回肠T-AOC的活性极显著降低(P<0.01);PH组回肠SOD活性极显著升高(P<0.01),PM和PL组脾脏和回肠SOD活性极显著升高(P<0.01);PH组脾脏和回肠GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.05),而PM和PL组脾脏和回肠GSH-Px活性极显著升高(P<0.01)。结果表明,叶下珠醇提物可有效缓解脾脏的肿胀,拮抗肠炎沙门菌毒素所致小鼠脾脏和回肠氧化损伤作用。To investigate the effect of alcohol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria on oxidative damage of spleen and intestine in mice induced by Salmonella enteritis toxin.Mice were continuously perfused with alcohol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria(40 mg·mL^(-1),20 mg·mL^(-1) and 10 mg·mL^(-1),respectively recorded as PH group,PM group and PL group).After 7 days,Salmonella enteritidis toxin was injected intraperitoneally to observe its effects on body mass and spleen index,and MDA,T-AOC,SOD and GSH-Px in spleen and intestine were measured.The results showed that Salmonella enteritidis toxin could cause obvious swelling of spleen.Compared with the control group,Salmonella enteritidis toxin could significantly increase the spleen index(P<0.01),significantly increase the MDA content and T-AOC activity of spleen and intestine(P<0.01),and significantly reduce the SOD activity and GSH-Px activity(P<0.01).Compared with the toxin group,the spleen index of PH group and PL group decreased significantly(P <0.01),and that of PM group decreased significantly(P <0.05);each dose group of Phyllanthus urinaria alcohol extract could reduce the content of MDA and T-AOC activity in spleen and intestine,and increase the activity of SOD and the content of GSH-Px.PM and PL groups significantly decreased the content of MDA in spleen and intestine(P <0.05);PH group significantly decreased the activity of T-AOC in spleen(P <0.05),PM group significantly decreased the activity of T-AOC in spleen and intestine(P<0.05),while PL group significantly decreased the activity of T-AOC in spleen and intestine(P<0.01);SOD activity in intestine was significantly increased in PH group(P<0.01),and SOD activity in spleen and intestine was significantly increased in PM and PL groups(P<0.01);the activity of GSH-Px in spleen and intestine was significantly increased in PH group(P<0.05),while the activity of GSH-Px in spleen was significantly increased in PM group and PL group(P <0.01).The results showed that the alcohol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria could effective
