摘　　要：犬阴道脱垂症是指水肿的阴道组织突出到患犬阴道腔内,甚至脱出于外阴唇,是临床最常见的繁殖障碍性疾病之一。近年来,学者们对于该病广泛关注,尤其针对其发病原因、诊断和治疗方面进行了大量研究。笔者从该病与犬的发病年龄、雌激素水平、遗传倾向性等因素的相关性、诊断方法、保守治疗、手术干预和中医治疗等几方面的研究进展进行综述,为科学防治该病提供参考。Canine vaginal prolapse refers to the edema of vaginal tissue protruding into the vaginal cavity,or even prolapse outside the labia,which is one of the most common clinical reproductive disorders.In recent years,researchers have paid much attention to the disease,and a large number of studies have been done especially on the causes,diagnosis and treatment of the disease.In this paper,the author reviewed the correlation between the disease and the influencing factors,the diagnosis and treatment methods of the disease,in order to strengthen the relevant manufacturers understanding of dog vaginal prolapse syndrome and provide the right of the disease prevention and control of new valuable reference.
