摘  要:介绍了座滴法测量玻璃熔体表面张力的原理、装置系统、测试步骤,分析了玻璃试样、承托板材质和表面质量以及装置调节系统等因素对座滴法测量玻璃熔体表面张力准确性的影响。结果表明:玻璃试样应为无内在质量缺陷(气泡、结石和条纹等)、化学组成均匀、具有新鲜表面且无表面沾污的0.2~0.4 g玻璃片/颗粒,不可为玻璃丝/屑;承托板应选取符合GB/T 30071—2013要求的表面平整度小于0.04 mm、粗糙度小于0.02 mm的高纯石墨材料,试验须通入高纯氮气作保护气体;承托板应与相机水平线平行、相机轴线与刚玉托架轴线同心、液滴投影位于相机视野中心。Introduced the principle,device system and test steps of the sessile drop method for measuring the surface tension of glass melt,and analyzes the influence of glass sample,supporting plate material and surface quality,as well as the adjustment system of the device on the accuracy of the sessile drop method for measuring the surface tension of glass melt.The results show that the glass sample should be 0.2~0.4 g glass flakes/particles without internal quality defects(bubbles,stones and stripes),uniform chemical composition,fresh surface and no surface contamination,and should not be glass filaments/chips.The bearing plate shall be made of high-purity graphite with surface flatness less than 0.04 mm and roughness less than 0.02 mm,which meets the requirements of GB/T 30071—2013,and high purity nitrogen shall be used as protective gas in the test.The supporting plate should be parallel to the horizontal line of the camera,the axis of the camera should be concentric with the axis of the corundum bracket,and the droplet projection should be located in the center of the camera field of view.
