摘　　要：光伏面板玻璃通过辊涂法镀膜后能有效提高玻璃透光率。介绍了光伏玻璃辊涂法镀膜过程中常见的缺陷,从镀膜设备、镀膜工艺、镀膜原料和外界环境几个方面分析了玻璃产生镀膜缺陷的原因,并提出了相应的解决方法。Photovoltaic panel glass can effectively increase the light transmittance of the glass after the roll coating method.This article introduces the common appearance defects of the photovoltaic glass coating process,from the aspects of coating equipment,coating process,coating materials and external environment.The reasons for the defects of the glass coating are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are proposed.
