摘 要:化肥农药过量施用导致的严重负外部性已经引起人们普遍关注.基于全国7省28县293个化肥农药经销店和2293个农户的调查数据,分析化肥农药经销店为农户提供技术服务的现状,并建立计量经济模型实证研究化肥农药经销店的技术服务对农户化肥农药施用量的影响.研究发现,化肥农药经销店在销售化肥农药产品的同时也以技术培训等多种形式向农户提供化肥农药施用的技术服务,且化肥农药经销店已经成为农户获取化肥农药施用量有关技术信息的第二大来源.但与其他技术信息来源相比,以化肥农药经销店作为技术信息来源的农户的化肥农药施用量显著高于其他农户.The serious negative externalities arising from overuse of fertilizer and pesticide have been concerning the public.Based on survey data covering 293 fertilizer and pesticide retailers and 2293 farmers located in 28 counties in 7 provinces,this study analyzes the status quo of technology services to farmers provided by fertilizer and pesticide retailers,and develops an econometric model to examine the impact of fertilizer and pesticide retailers'technology service on farmers'fertilizer and pesticide use.The results show that fertilizer and pesticide retailers provide various types of related technology services(e.g.,technology training)while they sell fertilizer and pesticide to farmers.Note that fertilizer and pesticide retailers have ranked the second most adopted technology information source regarding fertilizer and pesticide use in China.Compared with those adopting other technology information sources,farmers adopting technology information from the retailers use significantly more fertilizer and pesticide in agricultural production.
