摘　　要：公共健康危机与经济危机的并发对全球经济结构与贸易体系产生巨大的影响,对转型中产业产生巨大冲击.传统产业需要从以资源要素驱动发展转向以创新驱动发展,创新价值提升已成为企业获取竞争优势的关键.科学系统的创新价值评价方法是实施创新管理的前提.本文研究了基于产业转型特征的企业创新价值评价方法,构建了评价并改进企业创新系统中迭代关键绩效指标(KPI)达成情况的框架模型.这一方法和模型定量地分析了多KPI之间的相互依赖关系,识别关键KPI达成的成本,并为创新管理的决策者提出绩效改进策略.The public health crisis and the economic crisis have a great impact on the global economic structure and transitional trading system.Traditional industries need to change from resource-driven development to innovation-driven development,and the promotion of innovation value has become one of the key issues.The implementation of innovation management needs a scientific system of innovative value evaluation methods.This paper studies the evaluation method of enterprise innovation value based on the characteristics of industrial transformation,and constructs a framework model to evaluate and improve the completion of iterative key performance indicators(KPIs)in enterprise innovation system.This method and model quantitatively analyze the interdependence between multi-KPIs.It identifies key KPI implementation costs and proposes performance improvement strategies for decision makers.
