摘 要:城市水环境指标体系的建立与优化,对雄安新区的水环境建设具有重要的指导作用。通过总结前人成果经验及雄安新区的地域特点,从水环境本身特征和对社会民众的服务作用两个方面提出可用于城市水环境评价的指标体系,包括水文、水质、水系结构、水生态和社会服务功能等五大类26项指标,并结合实际调研及相关标准导则设置了相应指标的合理阈值,全面讨论了指标体系构建的理论基础、设置原则及计算方法。The establishment and optimization of the urban water environment indicator system has an important role in guiding the construction of the water environment in Xiong’an New District. After the investigation and analysis of researches from those experienced specialists and scholars and the regional characteristics of Xiong’an area, an index system that can be used for urban water environment assessment, including 26 indicators in five categories, had been proposed in this study. The indicators were selected from the perspectives of hydrology, water quality, water system structure, water ecology, and social service. The standards for each indicator had been optimized as well. Furthermore, a comprehensive discussion of the theoretical basis for system construction, setting principles and calculation methods of indicators were made adequately in this paper.
