摘 要:对于住宅超高层项目消防供水系统的选型,在保障合规性和安全性的前提下,也需重视系统选型对于此类居住类建筑的适用性及经济性,传统的消防供水系统在部分超高层住宅项目应用中存在一定的受限性。通过具体测算,分析了一泵到顶临时高压系统、屋顶设置转输水箱的串联临高压系统这两种消防供水系统适用的建筑类型。并以实际超高层住宅小区项目为例,探讨了采用屋顶设置消防转输水箱的这一新型消防转输水箱串联临高压消防供水系统的可行性、合理性及经济性,拓展了超高层住宅消防供水系统的设计思路。About the selection of the fire protection water supply system for super high-rise residential projects, compliance and safety should be ensured, applicability and economy of the system selection for such residential buildings should also be valued. The traditional fire protection water supply system has certain limitations in the application of some super high-rise residential projects. By specific calculation, this paper analyzes the applicable building types for two fire protection water supply systems, namely, one-pump-to-top temporary high pressure fire protection water supply system and a series temporary high pressure fire protection water supply system with transfer water tanks on the roof. Taking the actual super-high-rise residential district project as an example, this paper discusses the feasibility, rationality and economics of this new type of series temporary high pressure fire protection water supply system with transfer water tanks on the roof, and expands the design ideas of the fire protection water supply system for super high-rise residential projects.
