摘 要:为进一步抑制12脉波整流器的输入电流谐波和输出电压纹波,提出一种直流侧串联辅助单相整流器(auxiliary single-phase rectifier,ASR)的24脉波整流器。该多脉波整流器由常规12脉波整流器、带副边绕组的平衡电抗器及ASR组成。首先,ASR的输出直接串联在负载通路对整流桥的输出电流进行调制并增加整流桥的输出电流状态;然后,根据整流器交直流电流关系,将输入电流的台阶数增加1倍;再次,将ASR的输出电压与整流桥的输出电压平均值相叠加,将整流器输出电压的脉波数由12脉波倍增为24脉波。该方法仅需在直流侧增加1个小容量(整流器输出功率2%)的ASR即可将整流器脉波数由12提高到24,有效降低输入电流谐波和输出电压纹波,其具有电路结构简单、对称好、易于实现及可靠性高等优点。最后,搭建一台输出功率为1.2kW的实验样机,验证所提拓扑方案的正确性和有效性。In order to suppress the input current harmonics and output voltage ripple of the 12-pulse rectifier further,this paper proposed a 24-pulse rectifier with an auxiliary single-phase rectifier(ASR)in series at DC side.The proposed 24-pulse rectifier was composed of a conventional 12-pulse rectifier,an interphase reactor with a secondary winding and ASR.The output of ASR was connected in series in the load path to modulate the output current of the rectifier bridge directly to increase the output current state of the rectifier,and then doubled the number of input current steps of the rectifier.The average value of the output voltage of the two rectifier bridges was superimposed with the output voltage of the ASR,and the output voltage pulses were doubled from 12 to 24.This method only needed a small-capacity ASR(only 2%of the output power)to increase the pulse number of the rectifier from 12 to 24,which reduced input current harmonics and output voltage ripple effectively.It also had advantages such as simple circuit structure,good symmetry,easy implementation and high reliability.An experimental prototype with an output power of 1.2kW was built to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
