摘  要:变频电机驱动系统中,随着功率半导体器件开关管通断速度加快,在电机绕组与机壳间产生具有高电压变化率的共模电压,进而带来严重的电磁干扰和轴承电腐蚀问题。常用的集中参数轴电流模型不能反映高频时电机阻抗随频率变化的特性。该文以安装有绝缘轴承的感应电机为研究对象,提出一种变频供电感应高频轴电流建模方法。利用阻抗分析仪测试电机整机时的端口阻抗和拆解时的绝缘轴承阻抗,并根据阻抗测试结果提取了模型参数。最后,通过频域与时域两个方面验证了模型的准确性。端口阻抗频率特性仿真结果与实测结果吻合良好。电机高频模型仿真的共模电流和轴电压的时域波形与实测波形一致性较好。As the switching speed of power semiconductor devices increases in the inverter driver systems,the common mode voltage with high voltage change rate is generated between the motor winding and the frame,which causes serious electromagnetic interference and bearing electric corrosion problem.The traditional lump parameter models cannot reflect the characteristics of the motor impedance varying with the high frequency.Taking an induction motor with insulated bearings as an example,a high-frequency bearing current model was put forward in this paper.The impedance analyzer was used to test the port impedance with the whole motor and the insulation bearing impedance with the disassembled motor,and the parameters of the high frequency model were extracted according to the port impedance test results.Finally,the accuracy of the model was verified through both frequency and time domain analysis.The frequency characteristics of motor impedances were in good agreement with the measured results.The waveforms of the common mode current and the bearing voltage obtained from the proposed model were close to the measured waveforms.
