摘 要:海上风力发电是可再生能源的重要发展方向之一,为了降低发电成本,海上风力发电机组的单机容量越来越大,目标是10MW及以上级别。而高温超导直驱发电机具有体积小、重量轻的优势,是大型海上风电机组中最具有竞争力的方案之一。然而基于电励磁同步电机拓扑结构研发的超导励磁直驱风力发电机面临着冷却液旋转密封、电流传输有刷、力矩管设计困难等技术难题。为解决上述难题,基于电机气隙磁场调制理论提出一种静态密封双定子高温超导风力发电机,可实现冷却液的静态密封和电流无刷传输,还可降低力矩管的设计难度。重点介绍该静态密封双定子高温超导发电机的拓扑结构、工作原理以及一台10kW样机的电磁性能、制造过程、实验平台与测试研究。该样机的成功制造与测试,验证了静态密封双定子高温超导发电机原理的可行性,总结了一整套制造与实验方法,为该型超导电机未来的工程应用提供参考。Offshore wind generation is one of the important development trends of renewable energy.In order to reduce the cost of the power generation,the individual capacity of the offshore wind turbine aims at 10MW and above.The high-temperature superconducting(HTS)direct drive(DD)generator is one of the most competitive solutions for large offshore wind turbine,due to the advantages of small size and light weight.However,there are technical difficulties in the HTS excited DD generator derived from the electrically excited DD synchronous generator,such as the rotational seal of the coolant,the electrical brush and slip ring of the current transmission,and the design of the torque tube.In order to overcome the previously mentioned drawbacks,a HTS dual-stator generator(HTS-DSG)with stationary seal is proposed,based on the airgap magnetic field modulation theory for electrical machine,which can realize the stationary seal of coolant and the brushless current transmission at the same time,besides,the torque tube can become easy to design.In this paper,the topology and operation principle of the proposed HTS-DSG was illustrated,and the electromagnetic performance,fabrication process,experimental platform and test result of a 10kW HTS-DSG prototype were presented in detail.The success of the prototype verified the principle feasibility of the HTS-DSG.In addition,the corresponding fabrication and test methods were summarized,which provided a reference for the future engineering application of the HTS-DSG.
