摘  要:为研究频率对正弦及直流偏磁条件磁性材料磁滞特性的影响,该文在静态J-A磁滞模型的基础上,考虑动态损耗对磁滞回线的影响,建立动态J-A磁滞模型,并利用混合优化算法和损耗分离理论提取静态模型参数与动态损耗系数。搭建磁性能测试系统,实验获得不同频率正弦及直流偏磁工况电工钢磁滞特性与损耗特性数据,分析频率对磁滞特性的影响规律。基于该规律提出一种可以考虑静态参数频率效应的磁滞建模方法,并用于模拟不同频率正弦及偏磁工况电工钢磁滞特性。通过与实验数据进行对比,结果表明:相较于传统建模方法,该文所提建模方法的仿真结果与实测磁滞特性数据吻合较好,验证了建模方法的正确性和有效性。In order to research the effect of frequency on the hysteresis characteristics of magnetic materials under sinusoidal and DC bias conditions,based on the static J-A hysteresis model,the dynamic J-A hysteresis model considering the influence of dynamic losses on the hysteresis loop was established in this paper.And the hybrid optimization algorithm and loss separation theory were used to extract static model parameters and dynamic loss coefficients.The magnetic performance test system was built to obtain the data of hysteresis and loss characteristics of electrical steel at different frequencies under sinusoidal and DC bias conditions,and the law of the effect of frequency on hysteresis characteristics was analyzed through them.Based on this law,a hysteresis modeling method that can consider the effect of frequency on static parameters was proposed and used to simulate the hysteresis characteristics of electrical steel at different frequencies under sinusoidal and DC bias conditions.By comparing with experimental data,the results show that:the simulated results of the modeling method proposed in this paper are in better agreement with the measured data of hysteresis characteristics than the traditional modeling method,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed modeling method.
