摘 要:二维有限元双气隙宏单元混合模型求解偏心式磁力谐波齿轮的磁场。该模型将非均匀气隙分为三层,连接定转子的两层均匀气隙为宏单元,建立解析模型;中间非均匀气隙层及定转子区域均采用有限元模型。由此可计及定转子铁磁材料的非线性因素,又使定转子摆脱了网格羁绊,偏心转子得以灵活转动。针对引入宏单元导致计算时间增加的问题,提出等效运动模式结合运动边界法,将原需多次重复计算的气隙单元系数仅需计算一次,提高计算效率。实例计算一台两级磁力谐波齿轮样机的磁场及其电磁转矩,转矩计算结果和样机转矩测试结果相比,两者吻合较好,验证该方法的有效性和正确性。A hybrid finite element(FE)and double air-gap macro elements method is proposed to solve the magnetic fields for magnetic harmonic gears.The non-uniform air-gap region was divided into three layers in the model.The two-uniform air-gap layers,connected to the stator and the rotor respectively,were treated by the macro air-gap elements.The non-uniform middle air-gap layer as well as the stator and the rotor,were discretized by FEs.Not only could the non-linear properties of the ferromagnetic material be taken into account but also the motion of the eccentric rotor could be easily handled.The equivalent motion mode and the sliding surface technique made the calculation of the air gap coefficients only once.The magnetic fields and the torque were computed by the proposed approach for a double stage magnetic harmonic gear prototype.Finally,torque measurements of the prototype were presented to confirm the validity of the prediction of the proposed method.
