摘 要:为探究环氧玻璃钢材料在不同温度下的放气特性,以扩散放气模型为基础,建立了环氧玻璃钢材料放气速率随抽空时间变化关系的数学表达式,并结合实验数据拟合获得了其经验模型。同时,采用静态升压法对不同温度下环氧玻璃钢材料放气速率随抽空时间的变化关系进行了研究。结果表明,温度一定时,环氧玻璃钢材料的放气速率随着抽真空时间逐渐减小;温度升高,环氧玻璃钢材料放气速率增大,且放气速率随着抽真空时间呈现出指数衰减规律。此外,采用四极杆质谱仪分析了不同温度下环氧玻璃钢材料的放气成分,放气成分以H_(2)O为主,并含有微量的H_(2)、CO、N_(2)及O_(2)等。温度升高,玻璃钢材料放气各组分的占比无明显变化,表明温度对玻璃钢材料放气组分的占比几乎没有影响。To explore the outgassing characteristics of epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP)at different temperatures,a mathematical model of the outgassing rate of epoxy GFRP corresponding to pumping time was established,which was based on a diffusion degassing model.The empirical parameters of this model are obtained by experimental data fitting.Meantime,the outgassing rate of epoxy GFRP at different temperatures was investigated by using the static pressurizing method.The results show that the outgassing rate of the epoxy GERP material gradually decreases with pumping time under a constant temperature.As the temperature increases,the outgassing rate of epoxy GFRP increases and presents an exponential decay law with pumping time.In addition,the outgassing components from the epoxy GFRP material were analyzed using a quadrupole mass spectrometer.The main gas component is H_(2)O,which also contains a small amount of H_(2)、CO、N_(2) and O_(2).The proportions of gas components discharged from GFRP materials are not varied with the increase of temperature,indicating that the temperature has no significant effect on the gas components distribution.
