摘　　要：固体有机废弃物高压蒸汽催化水解处理设备-6 m3蒸煮釜,能高效分解、裂解高分子聚合物,使之溶解度提高,反应时间缩短。该设备具有低耗能、高效率、零污染的优点。釜体结构形式为卧式结构,中间圆柱形,两端锥形。釜体内部设有搅拌装置,解决反应釜搅拌流场、轴封泄漏等问题,实现机械化自动控制。固体有机废弃物高压蒸汽催化水解处理技术—GS。研发产品得到广泛应用,创造了可观经济效益。使生活垃圾无害化、资源化和稳定化。The equipment-6 m 3 autoclave,which is used to treat organic solid wastes by high pressure steam catalytic hydrolysis,can effectively decompose and decompose polymer,improve the solubility and shorten the reaction time.The equipment has the advantages of low energy consumption,high efficiency and zero pollution.The structure of the kettle body is horizontal structure with a middle cylindrical shape and two tapered ends.The inner part of the reactor body is equipped with a stirring device to solve the problems of the reactor stirring,the flow field,the leakage of shaft seal,etc..Treatment of solid organic wastes by high pressure steam catalytic hydrolysis--GS.The products have been widely used to create considerable economic benefits,which make domestic waste harmless,resourceful and stable.
