摘　　要：目前全抛釉砖产品存在的釉面质量问题主要表现在硬度低、耐磨性差。在已知工厂坯体和底釉配方的情况下优化面釉釉料的配方组成,研制出耐磨性好、硬度高的全抛釉,有效地提升了全抛釉砖产品釉面质量。At present,the glazed surface quality problems of fully polished glazed tiles were mainly manifested in low hardness and poor wear resistance.Under the condition of known factory body and base glaze formula,the formula composition of the top glaze was optimized,and a fully polished glaze with good wear resistance and high hardness was developed,which effectively improved the glaze quality of fully polished glaze tiles.
