碘量法测定含油废杂铜中铜量的探讨

摘  要:在有色行业标准(YS/T521. 1-2009)方法基础上,将称量后的样品转入瓷坩埚中置于电热板上进行加热,消除油污在后期分析过程中的干扰,有效提高了含油废杂铜中铜量的准确测定。该方法适用于含油废杂铜的测定,测定范围:66. 50%~90. 00%。Based on the non-ferrous industry standard(YS/T521.1-2009)method,the samples after weighing were transferred to the porcelain increasing furnace and placed on the electric heating plate for heating,which eliminated the interference of oil pollution in the later analysis process and effectively improved the accurate determination of copper content in the waste copper containing oil.This method was suitable for the determination of waste copper containing oil.The measurement range was as follows:66.50%~90.00%.
