摘  要:提供一种新的不锈钢电化学着色工艺,可以在较低的着色液浓度下对不锈钢进行阳极电解着色。通过改良着色液配方,以水为溶剂,在钼酸盐的基础上,增加硫酸锰、硫酸锌、硝酸锑和硝酸镧等化合物,同时优化控制着色电流及着色时间,进一步提高着色效果和效率。经过改良后的不锈钢电化学着色工艺,设备及操作简单,不含有毒物质,有利于环境保护,着色膜均匀性较好且着色稳定。A new electrochemical coloring process for stainless steel was provided,which could carry out anodic electrolytic coloring of stainless steel at low coloring solution concentration.By improving the formula of coloring solution,taking water as solvent,on the basis of molybdate,manganese sulfate,zinc sulfate,antimony nitrate and lanthanum nitrate were added,and the coloring current and coloring time were optimized and controlled to further improve the coloring effect and efficiency.The improved electrochemical coloring process of stainless steel had simple equipment and operation,no toxic substances,was conducive to environmental protection,good uniformity of coloring film and stable coloring.
