摘  要:对超低碳热轧钢带、冷轧钢带条状表面缺陷进行分析,主要为钢坯所带夹杂物导致。进行能谱元素分析,夹杂物所含主要元素为O、Ca、Si、Na、K、Al等,分析认为连铸坯连铸过程保护渣卷入导致夹杂缺陷发生。通过优化结晶器保护渣质量,提升稳态浇注水平等方法,可有效减少超低碳无间隙原子钢表面卷渣夹杂缺陷的发生。The strip surface defects of ultra-low carbon hot rolled steel strip and cold rolled steel strip are analyzed,which are mainly caused by the inclusions in the slab.The energy spectrum element analysis shows that the main elements contained in the inclusions are O,Ca,Si,Na,K,Al,etc.It is considered that the inclusion defects are caused by the involvement of mold flux in the continuous casting process of continuous casting slab.By optimizing the quality of mold flux and improving the steady-state casting level,the occurrence of slag inclusion on the surface of ultra-low carbon interstitial free atomic steel can be effectively reduced.
