摘  要:连铸连挤工艺生产铝锶合金线杆解决了卧式挤压机的缺陷问题,并具有能耗低、工艺简单、产品质量稳定等优点。连铸连挤工艺分为调配原材料、铸造锭坯、锭坯下料、挤压成型等4个阶段。连铸连挤工艺生产的铝锶合金线杆产品,各项检验结果均符合市场需求和国家标准,现已进行大规模工业生产,生产线运行正常,合金成分稳定,性能优良,经济效益明显。The production of aluminum strontium alloy wire rod by continuous casting and extrusion process solves the defect problem of horizontal extruder,and has the advantages of low energy consumption,simple process and stable product quality.The continuous casting and extrusion process is divided into four stages:mixing raw materials,casting ingots,ingot blanking and extrusion molding.The inspection results of aluminum strontium alloy pole products produced by continuous casting and extrusion process meet the market demand and national standards.Large scale industrial production has been carried out.The production line operates normally,the alloy composition is stable,the performance is excellent and the economic benefit is obvious.
