摘  要:结合某厂方坯实际生产,找出不同种类结晶器液位波动特征曲线,阐明了方坯连铸机结晶器液面波动产生因素,优化了相应的工艺参数,有效地降低了结晶器液面波动率:液面波动超过±3 mm的比例由11.45%降低至0.8%,提高了结晶器液位控制水平,铸坯废次降比例明显降低,提高了轧材质量。Combined with the actual production of square billet in a factory,the characteristic curves of liquid level fluctuation of different kinds of mold are found out.The factors causing liquid level fluctuation of square billet caster are clarified,the corresponding process parameters are optimized,and the liquid level fluctuation rate of mold is effectively reduced.The proportion of liquid level fluctuation exceeding±3 mm is reduced from 11.45%to 0.8%,which greatly improves the liquid level control level of mold,the proportion of billet scrap was decreased significantly and the quality of rolled products was improved.
