摘 要:用氧氮分析仪热导法分析氮,由于受取制样限制,处理试样过程复杂,分析效率低下,不能与冶炼同步分析结果,无法满足炉前调整成分需求。在分析炉前光谱试样同时分析出钢液中氮含量,节约取制样时间,分析效率提高,分析精密度、重复性都较理想。除谱线干扰外,元素间干扰会使光谱分析数据不准确,这些元素对分析结果影响和百分含量成线性关系,具有规律性,可加以校正,对Cr5钢中含量高的Cr、Ni、Mo、V、Fe元素采用倍增校正。选取含量梯度好的10个试样,建立分析曲线,在生产Cr5钢时,用制作曲线分析氮含量和热导法对比数据,验证该方法可行。The thermal conductivity for nitrogen analysis is used by oxygen and nitrogen analyzer.Due to the limitation of sample production,the sample processing process is complicated,and the analysis is inefficient,which cannot be synchronized with smelting analysis and cannot meet the needs of pre-furnace adjustment components.The pre-furnace spectral sample was analyzed and the nitrogen content in molten steel was analyzed at the same time is discussed in the paper.That can save sample preparation time and improve analysis efficiency,the analytical precision and reproducibility are ideal.In addition to the spectral line interference,the interference between elements will make the spectral analysis data inaccurate.These elements have a linear relationship on the analysis results with regularity and that can be corrected.And multiplication correction is used for the high content of the Cr,Ni,Mo,V,Fe elements in Cr5 steel.Ten samples with good content gradient were selected,and the analysis curve was established.In the production of Cr5 steel,the nitrogen content and the thermal conductivity comparison data were analyzed by the production curve to verify that the method was feasible.
