摘 要:对澳矿SP10粉进行烧结杯实验,并跟踪了实际工业生产情况。结果表明,使用后烧结矿中小粒级占比下降,转鼓指数升高;荷重软化区间逐渐变窄,T_(10%)略有升高,RDI_(+3.15)有所上升,烧结矿冶金性能得到提高。SP10粉最大配加比例为18%,将此烧结矿用于高炉生产中,高炉生产平稳顺行,燃料比下降,产量有所提高。采用SP10粉完全满足烧结和炼铁需求,降低了生产成本,实现了配料结构的优化。The sintering cup test of SP10 ore powder was carried out and actual industrial production was followed up.The research results show that with the increasing proportion of SP10 ore powder replacing high grade Australian ore,the proportion of small and medium-sized particles in sintering was decreased and the drum index was increased gradually.The load softening range was narrowed gradually and the T_(10%) was increased slightly.The RDI_(+3.15) also was increased and the metallurgical properties of sinter was improved.The maximum proportion of SP10 ore in sinter is 18%.When the sinter is used in blast furnace production,the blast furnace output was increased and the coke ratio was decreased.The SP10 ore can fully meet the needs of sintering and ironmaking,production cost was reduced and the optimization of burden structure was realized.
