摘  要:研究了不同营养液电导率(EC)对温室黄瓜幼苗生长、光合作用、叶绿素含量和植株矿质元素含量的影响。结果表明:黄瓜茎粗、叶柄长、地上部鲜重和干重、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率均随着EC的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,EC2.9处理最大。黄瓜叶片叶绿素a、b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量随EC增加而增大,EC达到1.08 dS∕m后,各处理差异不显著。黄瓜植株大量元素N、K、P、Ca、Mg含量随着EC增加而增加,但当EC增加至2.17—5.8 dS∕m后其含量停止增加或略有降低,说明植株体内主要营养元素的积累在营养液EC为5.8 dS∕m时达到饱和或过饱和。建议生产中黄瓜苗期营养液电导率控制在2.17—2.9 dS∕m。Effects of different electrical conductivity(EC) of the nutrient solution on growth,photosynthesis,chlorophyll content and plant mineral element content of cucumbers seedlings were studied in greenhouse.The results showed that with the increase of EC,cucumber stem diameter,petiole length,fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,and transpiration rate first increased then gradually decreased,taking EC2.9 treatment as the maximum.The contents of chlorophyll a,b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid in leaves also increased with the increase of EC,but the treatments showed no significant difference after EC reached 1.08 dS/m.The content of macronutrients N,K,P,Ca and Mg in cucumber plants increased with the increase of EC,but their content did not increase or decreased slightly when the EC increased to 2.17-5.8 dS/m,which indicated that plant accumulation of nutrient elements reached saturation or supersaturation when the nutrient solution EC was 5.8 dS/m.The nutrient EC of cucumber seedling should be controlled at 2.17-2.9 dS/m in greenhouse management.
