摘 要:以节瓜品种‘J-31’种子为材料,研究了不同破壳率(25%、50%、75%、100%)对节瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,对节瓜种子进行破壳处理可以显著提高节瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,增加节瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、干鲜重、光合速率和可溶性糖含量,降低幼苗的电导率。随着破壳率的增大,其对种子发芽和幼苗生长的促进作用呈先增加后降低的变化趋势,破壳率50%处理的促进作用最大。Taking the seeds of Chieh-qua variety‘J-31’as materials,the effects of different shell breaking rates(25%,50%,75%,100%)on seed germination and seedling growth of Chieh-qua were studied.The results showed that compared with the control,shell breaking treatment could significantly improve the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vitality index of Chieh-qua seeds,increase the plant height,stem diameter,dry and fresh weight,photosynthetic rate and soluble sugar content of Chieh-qua seedlings,and reduce the electrical conductivity of seedlings.With the increase of shell breaking rate,its promoting effect on seed germination and seedling growth increased first and then decreased,and the promoting effect of 50%shell breaking rate was the greatest.
