摘  要:以马占相思和大叶相思为材料,设置不同花枝和磷酸二氢钾添加浓度营养液处理,通过比较开花率及落花率筛选适宜相思树的室内花枝培养方法。结果表明:马占相思和大叶相思均在有营养液培养下生长时间最长,马占相思一般可达21 d,大叶相思一般可达12 d。其中,马占相思的5片叶、小枝、3 g∕L磷酸二氢钾处理最佳,大叶相思的5片叶、大枝、1 g∕L磷酸二氢钾处理最佳。建立马占相思和大叶相思的水培技术,可方便人工控制授粉,进而促进相思树杂交育种研究。Taking A.mangium and A.auriculiformis as materials,different flower branches and nutrient solution with different KH_(2)PO_(4)concentration were set up,and the indoor flower branch culture method suitable for Acacia was selected by comparing the flowering rate and flower drop rate.The results showed that both A.mangium and A.auriculiformis grew the longest in nutrient solution culture.A.mangium and A.auriculiformis grew for 21 days and 12 days respectively.Among them,the treatment of 5 leaves,small branches and 3 g∕L KH_(2)PO_(4)of A.mangium was the best,and the treatment of 5 leaves,large branches and 1 g∕L KH_(2)PO_(4)of A.auriculiformis was the best.The establishment of hydroponics technology of A.mangium and A.auriculiformis could facilitate manual pollination and promote the research of Acacia cross breeding.
