摘　　要：2021年初拜登入主白宫,大国关系开启新一轮深入复杂互动,各方博弈空前激烈,各种矛盾错综交织。新冠疫情蔓延呈现常态化、长期化、反复化态势,加速世界百年变局。全球经济复苏不平衡,经济增长面临严重不确定性。传统和非传统安全问题挑战不断增大。我们要顺应历史潮流和时代要求,透过变乱交织的表象,牢牢把握当今世界发展的趋势和规律,致力于维护世界和平发展,促进人类共同进步。Since Biden administration entered the White House,the relations between major countries have opened a new round of in-depth and complex interaction.The game between the parties is unprecedentedly fierce,and various contradictions are intertwined.The spread of COVID-19 shows normalization,long-term and repeated trend,accelerating the world's Centennial changes.The global economic recovery is uneven and the economic growth faces serious uncertainty.There are more unstable and uncertain factors in the international situation with the increase of traditional and untraditional security problems.We should conform to the historical trend and the requirements of the times,firmly grasp the world development s trend and rule,devote to the world's peace and development and promote the mankind s mutual progress.
