摘　　要：对于开关电源来说,场效应管(MOS管)是最为重要的零部件之一。在充分阐述PFC电路、MOS管的基本原理的基础上,分析电路振荡原理的基本概况,可以明确MOS管振荡造成损坏的根本原因。For switching power supplies,the field effect transistor(MOS tube)is one of the most important parts.Based on the full description of the basic principles of PFC circuits and MOS transistors,this article analyzes the basic overview of the circuit oscillation principle,clarifies the fundamental reason for the damage caused by MOS oscillation.
