摘　　要：目的修订抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(the depression anxiety stress Scale,DASS-21),并考察其在军人群体中的适用情况。方法于2019年11—12月发放并回收问卷,使用1 183名海军军人的数据进行探索性因素分析修订量表,使用1 219名海军军人的数据进行验证性因素分析检验修订后的量表。结果根据探索性因素分析的结果,依次删除6个维度归属与原量表不一致的条目,最终的探索性因素分析结果显示,KMO系数为0.950,Bartlett球形检验结果显著(P<0.01),3个因子累计方差解释率53.36%。删除条目后的抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-15)拥有很高的内部一致性信度(Cronbach’s α=0.797~0.917),并且所有条目的区分度均良好。验证性因素分析显示,DASS-15比DASS-21拥有更好的结构效度(NFI=0.933,TLI=0.929)。结论 DASS-15比DASS-21更适合在军人群体应用,可以成为情绪问题初步筛查的有效工具。Objective To revise the depression,anxiety and stress scale(DASS-21),analyze its application in the military.Methods Questionnaires were distributed and collected from November to December 2019. The scale was revised by exploratory factor analysis with the data of 1 183 Navy personnel,and the revised scale was tested by confirmatory factor analysis with the data of another 1 219 Navy personnel. Results According to the results of exploratory factor analysis,six items whose dimensions were inconsistent with the original scale were deleted in turn. The final results of exploratory factor analysis showed the KMO coefficient is 0.950 and Bartlett’s test of sphericity is significant(P<0.01),and the interpretation rate of cumulative variance of three factors is 53.36%. After deleting items,DASS-15 has high internal consistency reliability(Cronbach’s α=0.797-0.917),and its items all have good discriminate effect. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that DASS-15 has better construct validity(NFI=0.933,TLI=0.929) than DASS-21. Conclusion DASS-15 is more suitable to be used in military than DASS-21 and can be used as an effective tool for preliminary screening of emotion problems.
