摘 要:放射作业人员因持续性暴露于低剂量电离辐射环境中,其职业安全风险一直备受研究者关注。本文综述了低剂量电离辐射效应的流行病学研究进展,即长期接受低剂量电离辐射可能影响人体健康,如出现外周血象异常、甲状腺功能受损、晶状体浑浊率增加、肝功能异常和细胞遗传学损伤等情况,并概述了今后研究方向辐照防护及管理过程中应注意的问题及相应对策。The researchers have been showing great concern on the occupational safety risk of radiation workers who are exposed to continuous low dose ionizing radiation. The paper summarizes the epidemiological research progress of low dose ionizing radiation effect,that is,long term exposure to low dose ionizing radiation may affect human health,such as abnormal peripheral hemogram,impaired thyroid function,increased lens opacity,abnormal liver function and cytogenetic damage. In the research we put some suggestions and corresponding measures solving problems in radiation protection and management,which may help future research.
