摘 要:目的了解青年律师工作压力与职业倦怠及心理健康的关系。方法 2019年4—5月,选取常州市98个律师事务所的643名青年律师(年龄<44岁),采用症状自评量表(the self-report symptom,SCL-90)、工作压力量表(job stress survey,JSS)、职业倦怠量表(Chinese maslach burnout inventory,CMBI)进行测评,并对数据进行分析。结果常州市青年律师SCL-90症状自评量表总得分为138.1±55.3,工作压力总分为55.3±13.8,职业倦怠得分为42.4±15.6。SCL-90总得分与工作压力总分及维度外源性压力得分均呈正相关(r=0.52~0.55,均P<0.05)、与职业倦怠感及情绪衰竭、人格解体呈正相关(r=0.59~0.69,均P<0.05),工作压力总分与职业倦怠感及情绪衰竭、人格解体均呈正相关(r=0.44~0.60,均P<0.05);工作压力中的内源性压力对心理健康呈反向预测作用(β=-0.166,P<0.05),外源性压力对心理健康呈正向预测作用(β=0.623,P<0.05);职业倦怠中的情绪衰竭、人格解体、成就感降低对心理健康呈正向预测作用(β=0.12~0.56,P<0.05);青年律师的职业倦怠在工作压力对心理健康的影响中具有中介作用。结论青年律师的工作压力可以对心理健康产生直接作用,又能通过职业倦怠的中介作用预测心理健康。Objective To explore the relationship among the work stress,job burnout and mental health of young lawyers. Methods From April to May 2019,a total of 643 young lawyers(aged <44 years old) from 98 law firms in Changzhou City were investigated by the symptom checklist-90(SCL-90),job stress scale(JSS) and Chinese Maslach burnout inventory(CMBI). Results The total score of SCL-90 in young lawyers in Changzhou City was 138.1±55.3,the total score of work stress was 55.3±13.8,and the score of job burnout was 42.4±15.6. The total score of SCL-90 was positively correlated with the total score of work stress and the score of exogenous stress(r=0.52-0.55,all P<0.05),and was positively correlated with the job burnout, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization(r=0.59-0.69,all P<0.05). The total score of Job stress was positively correlated with job burnout,emotional e xhaustion and depersonalization(r=0.44-0.60,all P<0.05). In work stress,the endogenous stress had a negative predictive effect on mental health(β=-0.166,P<0.05),while the exogenous stress had a positive predictive effect on mental health (β=0.623,P<0.05). In job burnout,the emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and reduced sense of achievement had a positive predictive effect on mental health(β=0.12-0.56,P<0.05). The job burnout of young lawyers played a mediating role in the effect of work stress on mental health. Conclusion The job stress of young lawyers not only have a direct effect on mental health,but also predict mental health through the mediating effect of job burnout.
