摘 要:目的了解2018—2020年烟台市大樱桃中农药残留情况。方法 2018—2020年对烟台市8个市辖区内采样点进行采样。采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用仪、气相色谱-质谱联用仪等对樱桃中32种农药残留进行检测分析。结果检测共243份樱桃,总检出率为56.4%,均未超出GB 2763—2019《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》中的限量值。20种杀虫剂、10种杀菌剂及2种植物生长调节剂中检出6种杀菌剂和2种杀虫剂。检出较多的农残种类为甲基硫菌灵(27.6%)、多菌灵(23.0%)、苯醚甲环唑(11.9%)和吡虫啉(8.2%)。结论 2018—2020年烟台市大樱桃中农药残留虽有检出,但含量总体水平较低,未超过限量值。Objective To understand the pesticide residues in sweet cherries in Yantai City from 2018-2020. Methods The sampling was carried out at sampling points in eight districts of Yantai City from 2018-2020. Totally 32 kinds of pesticide residues in cherries were detected and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results A total of 243 cherry samples were detected,with a total detection rate of 56.4%,which did not exceed the limit values of GB 2763-2019 National food safety standard-Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food. 6 fungicides and 2 insecticides were detected among 20 insecticides,10 fungicides and 2 plant growth regulators. The most frequently detected pesticide residues were thiophanate-methyl(27.6%),carbendazim(23.0%),difenoconazole(11.9%),and imidacloprid(8.2%).Conclusion Although pesticide residues in sweet cherry are detected in Yantai City from 2018-2020,the overall level is low and dose not exceed the limit value.
